Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of baby feeding and baby-care products, we can only accept returns for items that are:

Unused and unopened

In their original packaging

In resalable condition

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
